CNdirect Haul Review

Today's haul is on CNDIRECT!!

Cndirect is a china based webstore that sells regular items at a cheaper wholesale price. And when I say cheaper the product itself might be made of cheap materials as well, aka knockoffs! But HEY not everyone is rich and fancy and can always afford the actual name brand itself. We always want to pay for less as possible.

[ if you would like to watch then go ahead or just continue scrolling ]

 “pretty cheap, easy buy

"CNDirect.com is a retail and wholesale online department store for customers worldwide. Here you can easily find a large range of hot-selling baby products, consumer electronics, pet supplies, designer clothing and shoes, fashion products, computer parts, home décor and supplies, makeup and health care, sports outdoor equipment, gadgets and more."

This store sells similar items as Dresslink, so same prices. And for some of you guys that shop at Sammydress, they also sell the exact same items as well except Sammydress sells for a higher price!! So if you ever like something you see on Sammydress but it's a bit too pricey check out CNdirect if they have the item as well BUT it will be at a way lower price.

The tabs are fairly easy and simple. My favorite tab to browse is the free shipping tab!! Everything you buy under there is free shipping and they have amazing items listed. Also when you sign up for an account you get a $50 coupon that you can use over time until it runs out and it'll give you a 18-20% off of your total purchase. Which I forgot to use on this haul ;(

Mailan Eyelid Fiber Tape Review

SPONSORED
Alright so here's to a SUPER late review haha....

Just a heads up there is less than 24 hours left until our giveaway is over and ONE lucky winner gets picked!! So go look and check if you did all of the mandatory things to be entered because I will be looking at all the entries and checking if you did them. Winner will be announced in the next post.

This product was sent by kkcenterhk and if you used to read our old blog I did a few review of their falsies. The item I wanted to try out were the fiber tapes because they were pretty interesting. I always wanted to try the AB fiber tape brand since those were the ones I saw most gyarus used in magazines but could never find them at the store! So when I saw these on the site I wanted to test it out.

Price: $5.78
Front and back

Comes with 18 pair of fiber + an applicator

By stretching the band apart you reveal the "tape"

How to:
First off, always find where to crease it.
Apply tape on the new crease and then carefully cut off the extra.
For this I applied on a bare naked lid, no makeup.

Here I have applied a creme shadow over my lid.
You can see the tape has lifted off from both sides.

I cut off the piece that was hanging off the sides and used the applicator stick to try and fix the crease.
And I applied another shadow color on.

After a few eye blinking the tape couldn't hold the crease anymore and kinda just started hanging off.

Okay yes I was kind of sad that it couldn't make it through a short simple eye makeup, even though I wasn't even done!! So the next day I thought I'd try this again but instead have it on top of the makeup when it was done.
It definitely looks a lot better and held better too when applied this way.

Review:
Pros:
Stays on pretty good when applied the correct way. Definitely lasted through a rainy/cloudy and stuffy, b-boy sweating room.
It's thin and light so barely visible which we all want.
Tape is long enough/stretchable enough for all eye shapes and lengths.

Cons:
Super frustrating to apply and stick onto to skin because once you start cutting off the excess tape everything falls off.
Go through at least 2-3 pieces before getting the perfect one to stay.
You only get 18 pieces of tape which goes by quick especially if you're messing up or a first timer.
Even though it's thin and barely visible some of my friends did notice something on my eyelid.

Overall:

I think for now I'll just stick to using my liquid double lid maker until I can get my hand on some AB Mezical brand. I think everyone should just go to ebay and buy something similar but cheaper and has way more pieces to use because 18 pcs for $6 is kind of a rip off!! But everyone should still go and check out kkcenterhk because they do sell some pretty good stuff for like nail, hair, makeup and a bunch of other items.

I've been wearing these for quite some time now and you can probably see me wearing them in some pictures from our older posts. I almost forgot about them too until I got an email asking me if I had finished my review on them yet......it's almost like a teacher asking if you have turned in your late homework. But here goes!

I love the spiky, natural design and the ring isn't so dark it looks noticable. And I especially love the litttle extra detail they did by putting that "B"

I always love having big dolly eyes when I do my makeup

Comfort:
Comfy and does not dry my eyes

♦K-Pop & Popin Cookin♦

Hey everyone!

Today we bring you TWO videos! And yes we are kinda slacking on posting only because we're recording videos and editing takes time, and we took so many pictures we're not really sure which to even post up next and we're trying to come up with ideas to help improve our blog also. As you can see we have changed our blog layout a little bit and the header too. Everything just looks a lot more simpler and just seems to fit a bit better with the things we post. Ya dig the new look??

If you're not subscribed to our youtube channel you probably haven't seen this video yet, and it is our very first music video reaction to 2NE1's "Happy". If you don't know who they are, 2NE1 is a kpop girl group from Seoul, Korea under the YG company. They're really popular not just in korea but internationally too. For their comeback they came out with two music videos, "Come back home" and "Happy". We were only expecting to get one mv from them but since there were two we chose to do a reaction to "Happy".

If you haven't listened to their new album yet go do it now because all of the songs were AMAZING!

For this Popin' Cookin' review/tutorial instead of showing you guys in pictures we decided to do a video just to show you how to kinda do it step by step. Even though ours was kinda messy it still turned out  おいしいです

Now if you guys are interested in any of our looks from the two videos above just comment below for a tutorial on which one you would want to see us do in a future post. Hope you guys enjoyed and "liked" our videos. If you want to see more you can always go over to our youtube channel through the videos and subscribe or just click the subscribe button over on the side panel.

♚Blonde and Beyond♚

Finally, every girl's dream come true!! Getting that perfect hair color!
You guys have no idea how long we've been wanting to do this. I mean it only took like forever but hey, all for the experience. We both finally went blonde!! I know I know, typical asian girls trying to get blonde hair blah blah blah whatevers, we can do whatever we want to! Plus, after a long year of no bleaching and just letting our hair grow out and getting healthier we just kinda caved in to the blondes. We should've never watched them blonde gyarus on youtube and them blonde bloggers!! Curse youuu

Well here is how it kinda went and what we used to get our blonde!

Products:
  • Ion Color Brilliance Powder and 30 Developer creme
  • Ion Color Brilliance creme permanent hair color in Lightest Ash Blonde
  • Wella Charm hair toner T18
  • Manic Panic Cotton Candy Pink
And our hair before the bleaching..

Ombre and just plain black(which is more difficult)
Time to mix mix the bleach!
After the first round of bleaching...
Jennifer
Vicky
Second round of bleaching because I really need it!
Since we kinda forgot to take more pictures of what we did next.....Jennifer decided to bleach all of her hair!! So now we are both full on blondies

For Jennifer's: Mix the lightest ash blonde permanent color with the developer to get that ash-ish blonde tone. And then add the wella T18 toner to achieve that full ash blonde!!
For Vicky's: Mix toner all over the hair to get rid of any brassiness! And then apply the manic panic pink to tips of the hair.

Final results!(with extensions.....)

And now, pic spam!!!!
That gyaru pose everyone be doing these days
And yes, sweat pants for the win!

PHEW! And that's about it for our new new blonde hair! What a tough journey though. Oh the new hair damage.... well there wasn't really any which was a surprise. If you guys want to know how we kept our hair from damaging or what we used to keep it soft and healthy feeling let us know by leaving a comment below and we'll do a post about it.

Hope this little guide will help guide you to your goal of achieving beautiful ashy blonde hair or just blonde in general!!
